Retrofitting and Reconditioning

DMI Dubai offers retrofitting of older CNC machines and conversion of manual machine tools to compete with technologically advanced machines. Retrofitting is the process of upgrading the motor and modules with the latest systems. Conventional machines can be converted in to a CNC machine maintaining its old mechanical structure. The transmission systems will be using ball screw drives, timer lubrication system and feedback system with updated electronics. Reconditioning of the machines ensures precision and durability with reduced downtime.
